TOY STORY 1996 Disney VHS PROMOTIONAL InStore DISPLAY in BOX withBatteries LIGHTS

This is an UNUSED and never assembled in-store promotional display for the home video release of TOY STORY (the first movie) on VHS! This was released as Disney Home Video but was a PIXAR movie starring Tom Hanks (Woody) and Tim Allen (Buzz Lightyear). The VHS release was Oct 29, 1996. This has been in the box and in a dry dark garage for the last 26 years! All the pieces are there and the colors look vibrant. The box is 24" x 30" x 2 and weighs 10 lbs. The only items that may be of concern would be the 2 DD Batteries that power the lights on Buzz. We didn't notice any corrosion on the batteries or the'power supply'. But who knows after 26 years! And the plastic visor on Buzz's helmet, looks kinda' cloudy and there's at least one dent. Maybe there will be some DISNEY MAGIC and it will work! The assembly looks very complicated, and there are a bunch of corrugate parts that would need to fit together.

We're sure anyone that can put together an IKEA bookshelf could figure this out. Especially since the directions are in the box (see photos). Besides Woody and Buzz this POP also features Little Bo Peep, Mr Potato Head, some Army Men, T-Rex, Pink Piggy Bank...

AND one of the best features.... THIS STANDEE contains an actual metal slinky to add some realism! You can see the slinky in the photos! We're guessing that this is approx 5-6ft tall.

We're actually getting jealous that we can't keep it and put it together ourselves! We'd be taking away your thrills & surprises!
