PIRATES OF CARIBBEAN-DEAD MANS CHEST-stunt sword prop w/COA. Screen used, looks cool on stage, upon close inspection, you can see it has been damaged & modified.

Rubber on HILT has been altered, with some support wire exposed. Most of the latex covering the metal BLADE has been removed. Although the COA lists it as a stunt sword-it is more of a costume sword than a stage-combat weapon, as the blade can be wobbly, and needs-to be filed or otherwise dulled to avoid injury. While these defects have not affected its impact on stage (the bare metal catches the light better than latex). I have taken all of this into account by offering a list price significantly lower than similar film treasures.
