070 inch thick ABS Plastic. You will need to trim and assemble to fit your application. Comes as 2 parts total, faceplate and rear cap - to be assembled as 1 helmet. This helmet kit requires some hobby craft skills, with the use of tools, bondo, sand paper, glue, and finishing with paint. Kit comes with the following ONLY: All ABS plastic required for assembly to include helmet, interior tab parts and finishing/joining strips, and 3M Helmet Suspension Rig. This kit does not include: Robe, boots, gloves, acetate lens material, paint, Velcro, under suit, and the baton. Special note on the 3M Helmet Suspension Rig with Pin-Lock Adjustment, worn to help suspend the helmet on the head.

This offers a pin-lock system for easy adjustments and a custom fit to your individual head shape along with a four-point, fully adjustable nylon suspension. 3M Pin-Lock Adjustment because it can be easily adjusted to fit and is a great choice in the Trooping DIYer. Pinlock allows easy size adjustment. Four-point, fully adjustable nylon suspension.
